About the Role

We’re looking for a CVM Transformation Delivery Lead to drive implementation of customer value management solutions for telecommunications clients. You’ll combine deep telco CVM expertise with hands-on delivery leadership, guiding projects from kickoff through go-live while building internal capabilities.

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Leading end-to-end delivery of CVM transformation projects including platform implementation, campaign migration, and production-ready use case development

  • Providing embedded CVM consulting and advisory services to clients on strategy, operating models, and best practices

  • Supporting sales teams with technical proposals, client presentations, and domain expertise

  • Building internal CVM competence through mentoring, training materials, and standardized methodologies

  • Contributing to platform roadmap based on implementation experience and client feedback

 

We are looking for a person who has:

Required:

  • 8+ years hands-on experience in customer value management within telecommunications

  • Deep understanding of telco CVM processes: segmentation, targeting, campaign management, offer design, customer lifecycle management

  • Proven track record implementing CVM solutions and campaign management platforms

  • Strong functional knowledge of campaign workflows, data requirements, decisioning logic, and analytics

  • Excellent stakeholder management and ability to translate business requirements into technical implementation

Preferred:

  • Technical/functional expertise with campaign management platforms

  • Experience with CVM analytics, decisioning engines, orchestration tools

  • Background in both CVM business operations and technical implementation

  • Knowledge of agile delivery methodologies

  • Experience mentoring technical teams on business domains
