Exacaster’s team is looking for a Key Account Manager to join our Account Management team!
We’re looking for a strategic and commercially driven Key Account Manager to own and grow high-value client relationships. You’ll lead complex project delivery, ensure measurable client value, and drive revenue growth across key accounts. This is a role suited for someone who thrives in client-facing environments and wants to influence both strategy and execution.
Steer Project and Service delivery:
Understand the client’s context, business priorities, and needs in-depth.
Guide internal delivery teams to ensure their work is fully aligned with client expectations and solves the right problems.
Help delivery teams navigate the scope, time, and budget triangle by making critical decisions.
Establish strong communication channels and relationships with senior client stakeholders.
Proactively identify and prevent risks to ensure successful delivery and long-term cooperation.
Oversee change requests, from scoping and quoting to ensuring the delivery team is prepared and executes successfully.
Manage Existing Client Contracts and Financials:
Initiate and manage contract renewals and legal changes, such as annual price adjustments.
Ensure all invoices are issued and payments are collected on time.
Make pricing and discounting decisions, getting buy-in from all stakeholders.
Forecast demand for delivery team services to assist with resource planning.
Discover and Renew Commercial Opportunities:
Work within the account framework to identify business problems and propose relevant Exacaster solutions
Facilitate the scoping of new solutions, provide commercial estimates, and negotiate terms.
Proactively help clients plan and approve annual budgets to ensure service continuity and renewal.
Ensure Value Delivery:
Conduct regular value delivery audits by collecting feedback from key stakeholders.
Lead internal improvements to maximize the value and satisfaction we provide to clients.
