At Exacaster, we impact the lives of over 40 million consumers daily by working with clients in the Baltics, the USA, Central and South America, and the Caribbean. Overall, we operate one of the largest big-data environments in the Baltics, and we certainly have one of the most diverse sets of data, pursuing some of the most challenging analytical projects.
Exacaster’s team is looking for a Product Manager to join our WOW team.
About This Role
Exacaster is seeking an entrepreneurial product builder to join our Product & Marketing team at a pivotal moment in our evolution. This is not your typical product management role. We’re looking for someone who bridges UX/UI design and strategic product management, and who’s ready to embrace a radically different approach to product development: prototyping with AI agents, not Figma.
You’ll start hands-on—designing experiences, building product components, and solving real user problems. Over time, you’ll evolve into a strategic product leader who ships products at unprecedented speed by leveraging AI as your primary design and delivery tool.
This is the future of product work: less time drawing, more time shipping. If you’re a designer who wants to become a PM, or a PM with design chops who’s fascinated by AI, this role is for you.
The Product: Agentic CVM
You’ll be working on the Exacaster CVM Platform—a Customer Value Management platform built for telecommunications, banking, and other data-intensive industries. We’re not just adding AI features; we’re reimagining the entire platform around autonomous, intelligent agents that can:
Generate micro-segments and launch campaigns independently
Answer strategic questions in natural language (“Why did ARPU drop for prepaid customers?”)
Run continuous experimentation and optimization without manual intervention
Interact conversationally with business users, not just data scientists
This is backed by a funded R&D initiative and represents a fundamental shift in how enterprises will manage customer value. You’ll be at the forefront of this transformation.
A New Way of Working: Prototyping with AI
Here’s what makes this role unique: we’ve moved beyond traditional design workflows.
Instead of spending weeks in Figma creating pixel-perfect mockups that may never ship, you’ll:
Prompt AI agents to generate functional UI components and workflows
Show real, working prototypes to customers in hours, not weeks
Iterate in production with actual user feedback, not assumptions
Design through conversation with AI—describing what you want, then refining it
Build product components when needed, but let AI handle the heavy lifting
This doesn’t mean design thinking disappears. Your UX intuition, understanding of user needs, and ability to craft delightful experiences become even more critical. But the execution fundamentally changes. You’ll spend less time on production work and more time on:
Understanding customer problems deeply
Designing interaction models and conversation flows
Validating hypotheses with real users
Shipping features at 10x the speed of traditional product teams
We’re looking for someone who’s excited by this shift, not threatened by it. Someone who sees AI as a superpower, not a replacement.
What You’ll Do
Months 1-6: Hands-On Product Design and Building
Own UX/UI for specific CVM Platform features and agentic capabilities
Use AI agents as your primary tool for rapid prototyping and iteration
Design and prototype user experiences using AI-assisted workflows
Conduct user research and validate designs with customers
Build product components and interfaces when necessary
Collaborate closely with engineering teams on implementation
Months 6-18: Strategic Product Leadership
Transition to full product ownership of the CVM Platform
Co-create product strategy, build roadmap, and KPIs
Lead discovery and delivery of CVM Platform roadmap
Partner with Sales and Account Teams to drive product adoption
Drive product-market fit, growth metrics, and revenue targets
Build scalable product processes that enable autonomous team operation
Shape the future of how product teams work in an AI-native world
What You’ll Bring
Must-Have:
UX/UI competence: 3+ years designing digital products (B2B SaaS preferred)
Product thinking: You understand jobs-to-be-done, user research, and product discovery
High energy & bias for action: You move fast, ship often, and learn from real users
Entrepreneurial mindset: You take ownership, spot opportunities, and drive results
Curiosity about AI: You’re excited (not scared) about using AI to transform how you work
Technical fluency: You can work effectively with engineers and understand technical constraints
Nice-to-Have:
Experience building or using conversational interfaces, chatbots, or agentic systems
Background in data-intensive industries (telco, fintech, analytics)
Coding skills (Python, JavaScript, or similar)—ability to build quick prototypes
Experience with design systems, component libraries, or frontend frameworks
Familiarity with CVM, marketing automation, or customer data platforms
Most importantly: You’re the kind of person who reads about AI agents and thinks “I want to build with this” rather than “this will replace me.”
Who You Are
Ownership: You act in the product’s best interest. You take full responsibility for outcomes, not just outputs.
Growth-oriented: You adapt rapidly, embrace change, and convert failures into lessons.
Open communicator: You share candid feedback, welcome diverse perspectives, and seek truth over comfort.
Relationship builder: You invest in meaningful partnerships with customers, teammates, and stakeholders.
Customer-obsessed: You see the world through customer eyes and build products that enable their success.
These aren’t just buzzwords—they’re our core company values. We live by them, hire by them, and evaluate performance by them.
