Exacaster’s Genesis team is looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to join our team.
We’re looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong track record of delivering complex technical projects. You’ll manage end-to-end delivery of AI/ML implementation projects – from initiation to closure – working with international clients who expect excellence.
You’ll lead multiple products ranging from smaller pilots to complex enterprise implementations in a dynamic, cross-functional, and multi-cultural environment. This role requires strong project management discipline combined with the ability to navigate ambiguity, manage stakeholder expectations, and take full ownership of delivery outcomes. You’ll also play an active role in requirements analysis and product prioritization, ensuring the team builds the right things – not just builds things right.Â
Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal delivery teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment among all stakeholders
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans (scope, timeline, budget, resources) and track progress against milestones
Lead Agile ceremonies and processes: sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives
Facilitate requirements gathering and stakeholder workshops to translate business needs into actionable deliverablesÂ
Contribute to backlog prioritization decisions, balancing business value, technical feasibility, and delivery timelinesÂ
Lead cross-functional technical teams including AI engineers, data scientists, architects, and analysts – assign tasks, set expectations, and monitor delivery
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while managing project budgets (cost tracking, forecasting, billing)
Prepare and present project status reports, delivery metrics, and business outcomes for internal and external stakeholders
Ensure quality standards and contractual obligations are met throughout the project lifecycle
University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, Information Systems, Business, Project Management or similar
5+ years of experience managing mid-to-large scale IT projects in B2B environments
Proven track record of successful project delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards
Strong experience leading cross-functional technical teams
Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management frameworks
Strong analytical thinking – ability to gather and analyze requirements, and use data to guide decisionsÂ
Proficiency with tools such as Jira, MS Project, Confluence, or similar
Strong financial management capabilities (budgeting, reporting, billing)
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Fluent in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken
Proactive, results-oriented approach with strong sense of ownership
Experience managing AI, ML, or Data Science projects
PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or similar certification
CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) or product management experienceÂ
Experience in telecommunications or financial services sectors
Understanding of data engineering concepts (data lakes, cloud architecture, ETL pipelines)
Background in technical or business analysis
Experience with product discovery, user story writing, or facilitation of workshopsÂ
Monthly salary for this position from 4500 EUR gross to 6500 EUR gross for a full time role
