This is a role for someone who thrives on autonomy, builds real partnerships with hiring managers, and cares about both the candidate experience and the quality of every hire. You’ll be the only dedicated TA person in a 5-person People & Culture team – which means real ownership, broad exposure, and the chance to shape how we hire as a company growing revenue at 20% year-on-year. Expect around 20–30 hires per year across tech, data, and commercial roles.
Managing end-to-end recruitment for technical and business roles, from sourcing through to offer.
Partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
Sourcing and engaging candidates through various channels, including passive outreach.
Conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and guiding candidates through the process.
Maintaining accurate recruitment data, tracking pipelines and key hiring metrics.
Adapting recruitment strategies in response to changing business priorities.
Supporting employer branding activities – events, social media, university partnerships, and beyond.
Contributing to People & Culture initiatives and projects outside of recruitment.
At least 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in a tech or data company.
A belief that great hiring changes people’s lives – and acts accordingly.
Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, databases, networks, and referrals.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A data-informed mindset – someone who tracks what matters and uses it to improve.
Genuine interest in employer branding and candidate experience.
Great organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple roles without losing attention to detail.
A continuous improvement mindset – always looking for ways to make hiring processes faster, smarter, and better.
A natural sense of ownership – someone who works independently and knows when to bring others in.

Participation in the company’s stock options program
Flexible Benefits & Personal learning budget from Day 1

Ownership and responsibility in your role
Hybrid work environment with preferably at least 2 day per week in the office
All the support you need from our experienced team to become an even better professional
And the most important thing – you will be part of a great international team!
