In 2011, Egidijus and Šarūnas saw a major challenge in telecom: there was no smart way to stop customers from churning. At a time when AI was still emerging, they believed the answer lay in data. So, they founded Exacaster to put predictive data models at the core of business decisions.
Since then, Exacaster has grown into a global partner delivering a suite of solutions — spanning consulting, technology, and managed services — across three business lines: Data, AI, and Customer Value Management (CVM).
Today, our team of data scientists, analysts, and engineers supports companies in 17 countries across telecom and seven other industries.

Previously, Sarunas was leading Product development at BITE (a TDC Mobile telecom subsidiary with operations in Lithuania and Latvia). The product portfolio included Vodafone Mobile Connect, Blackberry, Fixed Internet access, International calls, Telemetry, Mobile internet for phones, VAS, and premium services. Before that, Sarunas was COO and co-founder at Metasite, a bespoke software development company.
